Erica Dittmann 

As our newest edition to our team, Erica Dittmann, might be young, but she has all of the resources, education and drive to keep The Goracke Team on the top. She and her husband recently moved to North Carolina from Florida to be with family and pursue both of their careers. Chad, her husband, is a D.C. (Doctor of Chiropractic), soon to be opening an office with another Doctor locally. Erica, a recent graduate from the University of Central Florida (one of the largest universities in the country, with more than 49,000 student enrolled) holds her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Marketing. She learned in her business to not “think out of the box”, but think “without a box”. This insight has allowed her to create marketing and business plans that truly stand out above most others.

Through college she funded her equine hobby by brokering (buying and selling) over 20 Thoroughbred and show horses. She attended clinics to further her equine education from multiple Olympic champion Rodrigo Pessoa (a picture of Erica at that that clinic is pictured below) and world renowned Hunter/Jumper trainer George Morris. Erica believes that continuing education in everything that she peruses is of the utmost importance.

Her passion for art has also kept her painting acrylic abstract pieces and drawing an array of images, as shown below (the below painting hangs in our office).

As the Secretary (one of three Trustees) for The Jamison Albright Foundation for Ferrier Scholarships (J.A.F.F.F.S.), Erica was able to help conceptualize and form an organization designed to award scholarships to aspiring Ferrier’s, allowing them to attend the Okalahoma Ferrier School (the second most prestigious horse showing school, preceding Cornell University). Erica has also been a certified P.A.D.I. scuba diver for over 10 years and enjoys scuba diving all over the Caribbean and Florida.

We look forward to incorporating Erica’s artistic abilities, marketing background, values and business savvy to The Goracke Team.
